The house, build in 2007 is decorated with style. From the outside it has the traditional Pinzgauer feeling, inside it has the luxe one can dream of.

Chalet Descansa has all the comfort for 8 persons; 4 large bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 TV with cable, Homecinema, Sauna for 6-7 Personen, fireplace, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven , microwave,etc.
The whole house has floorheating.

It has a wonderfull view on the Grossvenediger. The many windows allow you to enjoy this changing beautifull panorama to the maximum.

In the front of the Chalet is a large lawn and on the sunny south-west side there are two wooden benches.

The house is rented with linnen and towels.

Chalet Descansa lies centrally between 3 major ski-area's.
Ski-Arena Wildkogel is next door.
For families, Ski-Arena Wildkogel is ideal. The area where the children get their first courses is next to the Bergstation and the parents can ski in the surroundings.
When the downhill track to Neukirchen is open, you can ski to the Venedigersiedlung. You are then almost to your door.
You can also Rodeln to Bramberg.

With the Skibus you are fast in the Zillertal Arena.

In 15 minutes by car you are at the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach. From there you enter the Kitzbühler Alpen.

In spring until summer you can go to the Europa Sportregion in Kaprun. This is only 30 minutes by car.
