We have taken careful measures to sanitize the property.
There will be no check-out and check-in on the same day:
The time interval between one guest and another will be at least 24 hours, in order to carry out thorough cleaning and effective sanitization of the apartment.
Products for cleaning the house and dishes (detergents and sanitizers) are available to guests.

The minimum stay required is 4 nights, and we also accept reservations for longer periods (maximum four weeks).

Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (payable in cash on arrival). Children up to 14 years are exempt.

Deposit required at the time of booking: 30% by bank transfer or PayPal.

Arrivals and departures possible from Monday to Saturday: times by arrangement.

Cancellation Policy
· 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

· 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

· No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
