What is the total cost for renting ?
The published prices are always per week. Minimum stays are 7 nights entering on Saturday and leaving the following Saturday in summer months, the rest of the year are more flexible.

The price includes: Fully equipped accommodation, linen (sheets and towels), water, electricity. and final house cleaning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via, bank transfer and cash.

1st payment, 40% at confirmation of booking.
2nd payment, 30% 42 days before arrival.
3rd payment, 30% in cash and guarantee deposite refundable in cash on handing over of keys.

If you making a booking 42 days before arrival, payments will be 50% at confirmation and 50% in cash and guarantee deposit refundable upon hand over of keys.
