Charming 50 sqm(about 550 sq ft) apartment in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is located 30 meters from the Carlo V’s Castle-museum and less than 2 min (on foot) from the famous beaches of Portavecchia, Porto Rosso and Porto Bianco, you can choose between a private or public beach. The location allows you to live in complete peace and comfort, without using a car. It is located at the center of old town and nearby historic squares, surrounded by noble buildings, for example Piazza Palmieri, Piazza Vescovile, Villa comunale, and one of the largest squares in Apulia, “Piazza Vittorio Emanuele” (called “il Borgo”).

Everything you night need is very close: supermarkets, fresh fish and fruit market, bars, shops, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is on the second floor. There is a huge hall with a staircase dating back more than a century, with a wonderful historical and architectural style, decorated with evergreen plants.
