The Villa
the villa has 2 floors and is suited for 8 people. On the upper floor you will find 2 suites with air conditioners. One of the bedrooms has a big terrace with a view of the sea. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with air conditioners and one big bathroom. Furthermore there is a salon area and a toilet for your guests at the entrance. In the residential area, with air conditioner, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a flatscreen TV and a chimney. In the kitchen you find everything you need prepair the perfect meal. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electronic stove, an oven, a microwave, coffeemachine, toaster and much more. From the entrance and the living room you can enter the roofed terrace with a stunning view to the garden, the pool and the see.

It has nearly 25.000 residents in the wintertime and in the summertime this sum increases up to 200.000 with all the tourists spending their vacation here. This little city has the large sandy beaches, with the Pinon Ifac (the smallest protected landscape in Spain, a lime rock up to 332 m high) and is near to many little cities you can visit. The micro climate in is very pleasant for young and old, therefor a lot of Europeans decide to move to this beautiful city and to live here the whole year, because in wintertime it is never really cold and in summertime not too hot.

Wir sind Italiener. Nach der Pensionierung meines Mannes, haben wir uns im wunderschoenen Calpe niedergelassen. Uns hat das sehr gute Klima und das schoene Wetter im Sommer wie im Winter ueberzeugt, uns hier niederzulassen. Seit 2011 vermieten wir unser Haus.
