I am renting my private house with 2 apartments on the island of Rab
Apartment Marjetka for up to 9 people and Apartment TINA for up to 8 people.
* We rent from 01.05. until 31.10.
It is possible to rent each apartment individually or both in 1 period of at least 7 days of stay or for a longer period according to your wishes.
* The location of the house is on the island of Rab in the town of Mali Palit, near the attractive and touristic place RAB, a quiet, accessible location outside the center, an urban settlement, close to the sea and the Rab marina, Komr?ar nature park, sports center, shops, fish market, banks, post office , catering facilities: (restaurants, coffee bars, pizzerias)
Everything is nearby approx. 200 m to 600 m / a few minutes on foot /
* In front of the house there is a large yard with parking for all cars and boat trailers, a new large terrace with a fireplace and 1 portable wood/charcoal grill with tables and chairs.
The large garden is completely fenced and planted with fruit, greenery and flowers.
Next to the house there are swings for children, a Bestway swimming pool, a garden shower, deckchairs, umbrellas. *
The house has 3 furnished terraces and 3 satellite televisions.

For booking, we take the advance payment of 30% of the agreed price in the reservation. In order reservation please send an e-mail because of the availability. The house is situated on the island of Rab in the touristy Mali Palit. It is not far from the sea and the beach. In the spacious and fenced garden (1500 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there is a children's playground with swings and a large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two different grills (charcoal and gas grill) and an outdoor sink. There is also an outdoor shower for communal use. A private car park and a boat mooring are also available outside the apartment.
The island of Rab is a beautiful island with several coves, crystal clear sea and more than 122 beaches. Also a FFK beach you can visit if you are interested during your stay. The place is located in the St. Eufemija, on the Frkanj and is protected from the open sea. At a short distance from the house you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rentals, bike rentals, bank, post office, fish market, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is approximately 250 meters from the harbor. From there you can take a city tour or visit the natural park Komrcar.
