The apartment is located in a little building with seven other flats and was built in 2007.

Nearby are supermarkets, small boutiques and other shopping opportunities.

It has a bed-living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

The tenants must bring their own bed linen and towels. There is also the possibility to rent them from the residence or buy in a nearby shop (about 8 Euros).The flats will be cleaned at least twice a week.

There is also a small laundry where you can wash and dry your own clothes.

The residence also has Internet with no extra expenses at all.

Separately light and water expenses must be paid.

On arrival every tenant must pay 50 Euro per occupied bed as a deposit in case of damages in the flat or failure to pay for light and water. This money will be given back when they leave the flat and once the conditions of the flat have been checked.
