The house has 1 living room with a closed wood-burning fireplace and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a 1.60m bed with dressing room, and the bathroom with recessed bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove and microwave.
The finca is solar powered and has it's own water.
There are terraces on 4 sides with furniture so that you always have the option to choose sun or shade.
Absolute tranquility, 1.8 km to the village of Porreres.
The finca owners live next door, in the main house, which is attached and have a very nice dog and cat.

In the Tramuntana mountains there are hundreds of different hiking trails, all beaches in winter and summer are about 30 minutes away.
To with about 300 sunny days you can almost always enjoy them.

The island capital Palma offers all year round a wide, varied and international cultural program.

International restaurants and good Mallorcan cuisine can be suggested by us personally.

The church was built 710 years ago.
