She lies quietly located but central - only 10 minutes to the MRT (U-Bahn) Station Berne - in the 3rd level of a small Apartment - Building.

The kitchen unit is fitted out for up to 4 persons with stove and microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker.

In the sleeping corner you’ll find a Queensize-double Bed and the living room is furnished with an extendable studio couch, TV, Radio with CD-player and a dining table for up to 4 person.

3 to 6 nights....... 50 € per night

7 to 14 nights....... 45 € per night

Since January 1st, 2013 the Hamburg Senate charge a "Tourist-Tax" for Accommodations in Hamburg. This goes for Hotels, Camping-Sites, Privat-Rooms and also for Holiday Homes & Apartments.
This new "Hamburg Tax" depends on the charges per night per person as follows:
Up to 25 € rental charge (per Person) the tourist-tax is 0,50 € per person per day and up to 50 € rental charge (per Person) the tourist-tax is 1 € per person per day
It goes further up from here but we don’t reach the scale with our cheap rates -____-

Rates are subject to a 10% Surcharge for High season & Public Holidays !

We can provide bedsheets & towels for 10 € per Person. Blankets & Cushions are at the apartment.
There are no additional charges except 25 € for final cleaning (if we have do that for you).
