This modern townhouse is located in the centre of the beautiful town of Andratx, just a few minutes outside the famous port of Port Andratx. Over three floors there is an open plan living-dining area with an open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms (single bed) as well as a shower room and the garage (space for a mid-size car). On the first floor, the large living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and the likewise open and modern kitchen await you. From here you also have access to the terrace with the small pool (1.5 x 3 metres), which offers a wonderful refreshment in the summer months.

On the top floor are the two further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and some with magnificent views of the surrounding area. The roof terrace completes the overall picture and offers views all the way to Port Andratx and the sea.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) ensures pleasant freshness in the hot summer months and pleasant and dry warmth in the somewhat fresher months of the year.

All amenities can be found in the immediate vicinity, the market place is only a few steps away and guarantees fresh local delicacies as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.

Andratx ein ein gemütlicher und immer noch recht ursprünglicher Ort im Südwesten der Insel. Bekannter ist der Hafen Port Andratx, welcher nur rund 5 km entfernt liegt. Entlang der Hafenpromenade haben sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés einen Platz gesichert, fast immer mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer und den Hafen. Entsprechend kann man hier gute lokale und internationale Küche geniessen. Ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt ist der Golfplatz "Golf de Andratx" in Camp de Mar, dort befindet sich auch ein sehr schöner Sandstrand. Weitere Strände sind in Paguera, Santa Ponsa oder Sant Elm zu finden, alle mit meist flach abfallendem Wasser sowe Liegen und Sonnenschirmen zum mieten für den Tag.
