The house of about 175m² offers 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 bathrooms, completely fitted kitchen with ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and microwave. The kitchen is completely equipped, just like at home: from a coffee-maker to a toaster, from a mixer to a juice squeezer – you won’t miss a thing. There is a spacious living/dining area with solid oak furniture, in the living room you find an open fireplace and a cosy sofa to cuddle. In the store room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your exclusive use. Bedlinen and towels are available in sufficient numbers, so you can travel light. Our house has German satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. Internet and telephone are available for a fee. The house has its private swimming pool, about 9 x 4.5 m, large garden with sun loungers. |

Additional information about rental rates
Check-in and check-out are to be discussed individually. The house will be available for you from the moment of your arrival on the first day of your vacations and you can use it during the entire last day of your holidays… The price per day includes all fees; there are no hidden costs – energy (gas, water, electricity, heating etc., including a car). Also the bikes are included in the rent. The final cleaning is charged separately with €120. The car is available for you directly on the airport upon arrival. A navigation system leads you directly to your holiday finca without getting lost. |
