Die exclusive Natursteinfinca für 4-8 Personen befindet sich auf einem 7.000 qm großen Grundstück mit Pool und schönem Blick auf den Ort Santa Margalida. Zum bekannten Badeort Can Picafort und den 25 Strandkilometern der Bucht von Alcúdia sind es 9 km bzw. 10 bequeme Autominuten. Lange habe ich nach einer Finca in dieser Lage gesucht - etwas abseits der ausgetretenen Touristenpfade, aber auch wieder nicht allzuweit abgelegen, dazu im 'typischen' Mallorca und ganz unter Mallorquinern, ohne wiederum jedoch auf Strand und touristische Einrichtungen in nähester Nähe verzichten zu müssen ... Mit der Finca S' Olivar d' Es Coscois ist mir dieses m. E. sicherlich optimal gelungen! Im Ort Santa Margalida, ca. 800 m von der Finca entfernt, gibt es Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, kleine Geschäfte, Bank, Kirche etc. sowie einen wöchentlichen Markttag.
