The apartment has a living-dining room with sofa bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom for one person (sofa bed, courtyard, very quiet), kitchen, bathroom with shower and sink, toilet and hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped:
Gas stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Mikowellenherd, sink, cooking and eating utensils.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are sufficiently available.

detailed description of town and location: My apartment is located in a nice area with plenty of green space near the Danube and the popular recreational and sports area "Danube Island".

The connection to the city center and the sights of the city are excellent. A stop for tram line 26 is directly in front of the house. This can be reached in about 5 minutes, the U6 and the S-Bahn. (Floridsdorf station).
The nearest supermarket is only a few houses away entfernt.Restaurants and inns with Viennese and international cuisine and coffee shops are nearby. Many Viennese wine taverns (wine taverns) are in this district
