description of accommodation:	Our 2 Guest Rooms are below our villa at swimming pool level. The first room - Sun Room - is for 2 people and measures a compact, but comfortable, 9.5 m2. It has a Double Bed, full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with Tea + Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan, Fridge/Mini-Bar, Bookcase and en suite Shower Room. €45-€55 per night. Our second room - Sun Room - is for 2-3/4 people and measures a spacious 25 m2. It has all the facilities of the Moon Room plus 2 optional single Z Beds for a 3rd or 4th person and a Dining Table with 4 Chairs. This room has Twin Beds which can be separate or pushed together to make a large Double Bed. €55-€65 p.n. ( 2 people); 3rd/4th person €15 p.n. Both rooms lead out on to our 100 m2 Poolside Terrace. Guests can use the Swimming Pool from Dawn to Dusk. Our price includes a substantial Breakfast. Optional 3 Course Dinner + Wine €17 per person. We are 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport + 15 minutes from the coast. Car hire is essential

detailed description of town and location:	Our villa is situated 3 kilometers below the traditional village of Los Romanes. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and we are surrounded by 3 Natural/National Parks. Within a 5-7 minutes drive of Casa Ianda you reach 3 local villages of Los Romanes, La Vinuela and Puente Don Manuel where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and a medical centre. We have an 8m x 4m private Swimming Pool. This is the perfect base for visiting all the major sites of Andalucia. Our nearest beach is at Torre del Mar (15 minutes drive), the popular resort of Nerja is 30 minutes away, Granada 80 minutes, Malaga 30 minutes, Seville 3 hours, Cordoba 2.5 hours and Gibraltar 2.5 hours. There are excellent local markets most days of the week.
