There are quiet surroundings amongst the olive trees, panoramic view and fantastic sunset in the entire gulf and the Mt Pilion. It is 5 minutes walk from the village Afetes a small picturesque mountainous village of Mt Pilion with intense traditional colour. 1.5 km (20 minutes walking) to the village Afissos, which is a very lively village with taverns, super markets, tourist shops and beaches. There are lots of small fantastic beach creeks in the wild Aegean Sea, 10 km distance. Studio Madalena is a suitable starting point for someone to visit the whole peninsula of Mt Pilion. Car recommended.
