detailed description of town and location: Casa Paloma befindet sich in dem kleinen Dorf Los Blanquitos und dem Nachbarstädtchen Grandilla de Abona. Granadilla de Abona ist eine Gemeinde im Süden Teneriffas mit 33.207 Einwohnern (Stand 2005). Sie ist mit der Inselhauptstadt Santa Cruz de Tenerife über die Autobahn TF1 und über die alte Straße Santa Cruz de Tenerife - Adeje verbunden. Nachbargemeinden sind La Orotava im Norden, Arico im Osten, San Miguel de Abona im Südwesten und Vilaflor im Westen. Die Gemeinde Granadilla de Abona hat eine Ausdehnung von 162,43 km² auf einer durchschnittlichen Höhe von 500 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Casa Paloma liegt am Rande einer Schlucht in optimaler Entfernung zur Stadt. Der Ausblick von dem Ferienhaus bietet nicht nur die wunderschöne Schlucht sondern auch den Atlantik sowie das Gebirge, zB. den Berg Montana Roja. Personen die absolute Ruhe suchen, ungestört entspannen möchten und die Nähe der Natur suchen, sind hier an der richtigen Adresse. Man hat aber auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Auto in nur 5 Minuten Grandilla zu erreichen.
